Mint App ("us," "we," or "our") operates an application called Mint ("Application"). Our basic service is offered free of charge, while we may also offer paid subscriptions for advanced features.
Mint helps you track and manage your Pokémon TCG collection and portfolio. We store your collection data in your iCloud account and calculate portfolio analytics on our servers to provide you with market insights and investment tracking.
While we make every effort to handle your data responsibly, we cannot be held accountable for accidental data sharing caused by user error or similar incidents. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices and commitments to your privacy.
By accessing or using any part of Mint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. If you don't fully agree with these terms, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using Mint.

iCloud Integration
Mint uses Apple's iCloud to store your collection data. We collect your iCloud User ID (a unique identifier provided by Apple) to link your portfolio data with your iCloud account. This allows us to sync your collection across your devices and calculate portfolio analytics on our servers.
Your collection data, including the cards you own and their details, is stored in your iCloud account and synchronized with our servers for portfolio calculations.

When you use our AI-powered card grading feature, card images are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. We do not store those images on our servers or in your iCloud. The images are processed by OpenAI in real-time and immediately discarded after grading.

Product Feedback
We collect the content of any feedback, feature request, or issue report you submit through Mint. You may choose to include diagnostic information during this process.

Crash Reporting & Error Monitoring
We use Sentry.io to automatically collect crash reports and error information when Mint encounters technical issues. This helps us identify and fix bugs quickly to improve app stability.

We offer optional paid subscriptions for additional features within the Mint app. All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store, ensuring your financial information is handled with utmost care and privacy.
When you make a purchase, the Apple App Store may collect certain financial information from you, such as your credit card number and billing address, to process your payment. Please note that Mint does not have access to your financial details during this transaction.

RevenueCat & Consumption Data Sharing
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. To help Apple resolve refund requests, we share consumption data about your usage of purchased features with Apple.

We utilize PostHog, a third-party analytics service, to track usage data and understand how users interact with Mint. PostHog helps us improve the overall user experience through detailed insights.
Analytics collection is currently enabled by default with no opt-out option available. Data collected via PostHog is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), for a duration of one year.
